I had an excellent experience working with Damon as my mortgage advisor. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation. What really stood out was how flexible he was with meeting times, which made the whole process so much less stressful around my schedule.
Damon explained everything clearly and kept me informed at every stage, which gave me real confidence in the decisions I was making. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I always felt like a priority.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive mortgage advisor. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Guy made the whole mortgage process far simpler than I ever imagined it would be. As a first-time buyer there were a lot of moving parts, but he guided me through every step clearly and professionally. Communication was excellent throughout and he was always available to answer questions. I genuinely felt like he was looking out for my best interests. I’d highly recommend Guy to anyone going through the mortgage process.

Guy was fantastic he sorted out my product transfer straight away when he realised I was on lenders svr.
He also advised me where I could save by moving lender or going to another rate if I was not tied in.
Overall his services was the best I have received by any means and I would definitely recommend him when you need any mortgage advice or finance.

He is reliable and talked us through every aspect of the process, insuring we were comfortable at all times. Truly a great experience and they’d be the first people we’d contact if we were to do it all again. Can’t recommend them enough.

How does the Kylie Minogue song go again? Wow wow wow wow! Exceptional service throughout my home buying journey with Best Mortgage Direct.
We were first time buyers, so had little knowledge of the mortgage process. Damon and his team were encouraging and reassuring throughout the entire journey, and even beyond it! Always willing to go the extra mile and liaise with us on any questions or topics we wanted to discuss. They have fountains of knowledge about the property industry, which was well tested in this outing!
Couldn’t be happier with our experience and was great to support a local business who really care about their clients. Will only be using them going forward!

This being my first independent property purchase, finding the right place was quite a challenge. Guy has supported me with mortgages for all my previous property transactions, and I know I can always count on his quick response and ability to secure the best possible deals. I highly recommend his services - he’s never let me down!

We can’t thank Guy enough for helping us secure a mortgage for what was, a very complicated project — two parties building two adjoining townhouses. From the start, he took the time to understand our plans, the shared elements of the build, and the unique challenges of financing a joint project like this. There were moments where the process could have easily stalled, but Guy went above and beyond, finding creative solutions, pushing things forward, and keeping both households reassured. Without his expertise, we’re certain this wouldn’t have happened as smoothly — if at all. Highly recommend Guy at Best Mortgage Direct.

I can’t recommend Guy highly enough! I had a complex self-build project, and he guided me through every step with expertise, patience, and determination. From finding the right mortgage product to navigating the unique challenges of a self-build, Guy was always one step ahead, making sure everything stayed on track.
His communication was excellent — he explained every option clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and was always quick to respond to my questions. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about helping me achieve my goal, going above and beyond to make it happen.
If you’re taking on a complicated project and need someone who truly knows their stuff, Guy is the mortgage advisor you want in your corner.

As a first time buyer, the process can be quite daunting - wondering where to start and if you’ve researched enough before selecting a lender etc! Damon and Guy took lead on the full process and discussed my best options at every stage. We had everything signed and sealed within 2 weeks! Highly recommend, great team, knowledgeable and thorough! Thanks again!
